Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Electronics is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative in Huntsville, AL. You will install, maintain, test, train, and operate electrical, mechanical, and software components for DSESTS systems, LRUs, and SE-MSD devices.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in a technical field with 5+ years of experience, strong electrical theory, and the ability to travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites and obtain a security clearance.US citizenship and no visa sponsorship are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field with 5+ years' experience or equivalent.
• Advanced electrical theory knowledge.
• Ability to read schematics and identify circuits.
• Experience using legacy and advanced test equipment for troubleshooting.
• Ability to obtain passport and travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support Leonardo DRS hardware and software in depots, training sites, and field operations.
• Perform training, operation, and repair of electrical and mechanical components.
• Set up and support demonstrations of hardware, software, and vehicle platforms.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers.
• Assist in proposals for products and services.
• Provide technical knowledge to engineers from a field perspective.
• Develop solutions to complex problems and may lead others.
• Support and reinforce Leonardo DRS mission and culture.
