Allied Universal is hiring a Clearance Required-Security Officer in Broomfield, CO. You will protect clients across aerospace/defense sectors, coordinate communications, monitor alarms, and dispatch personnel while maintaining a calm, professional presence.

Daytime to evening shifts and full-time hours are available. Minimum requirements include active DoD Secret clearance, high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred CPR certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor dispatch logs, incident records, and activity reports.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner with onsite personnel and responders.
• Support regular and random patrols by tracking officer locations and communicating with site leadership.

As a Clearance Required-Security Officerin Broomfield, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatcher supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate communications, monitor alarm and access control activity, document incidents, and dispatch personnel as needed. Your calm, professional presence and strong customer service skills will help support a secure environment and help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, and incident notifications to appropriate personnel across the aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor communication channels and maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and activity reports in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communication with onsite personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Support regular and random patrol activity by tracking officer locations, documenting reported conditions, and communicating relevant information to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
