Job summary

Entegris in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will handle incoming and outgoing materials, coordinate shipping, and perform regular cycle counts to optimize material flow in our facility.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments in SAP, labeling and organizing materials, performing component picks, and maintaining cleanroom protocols. You will work 7 AM–3 PM or 6 AM–2 PM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (receiving, shipping, or kitting) preferred.
Familiarity with SAP or other WMS to maintain records, input data, and generate reports.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Ability to perform basic math calculations and maintain accuracy.
Ability to safely operate forklift or other related warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming product shipments and perform counts in SAP to maintain inventory accuracy.
Label and organize received materials for distribution around the facility.
Conduct scheduled picks and deliver components to cleanrooms or production orders.
Follow cleanroom protocols and wear required protective gear.
Generate packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels for orders.
Manage escalations for missing or expedited items from internal/external customers.
Coordinate overstock transfers for 3PL inventory.
Support inventory control with regular cycle counts and process improvements.
Operate RF guns and material handling equipment safely to support daily goals.
Complete washing procedures for incoming components used in cleanroom assembly.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and report hazards.
