Job summary

Entegris in Burnet, TX is seeking a Material Handling II in Receiving to join our onsite team. This full-time role runs 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and involves receiving chemical vessels into the plant and entering data in SAP.

You will inspect inbound materials, sort by category, operate forklifts if trained, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe, accurate, and timely receiving operations in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in receiving, material inspection, inventory handling, or related warehouse operations.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and data entry records with strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of warehouse processes, including shipping, receiving, material organization, and inventory control.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods in a on-site manufacturing/warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound chemical vessels, parts, and packaging in accordance with safety, quality, and handling procedures.
• Enter receiving and inventory information into SAP and maintain documentation for material movement and tracking.
• Sort inbound materials into designated categories and ensure proper storage, staging, and disposition.
• Operate forklifts and other approved material handling equipment, if trained and authorized.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support accurate, timely receiving operations and maintain compliance with site safety and quality standards.
