Job summary

Avantor is hiring Cleanroom Technicians for the 3rd shift at our Aurora, OH location. The role involves fabrication, assembly or testing in a sterile environment, operating equipment, and following written procedures to ensure quality and safety.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and 0–2 years of production experience in a cleanroom. Preferred experience includes reading engineering drawings and knowledge of Lean manufacturing; strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent (GED).
• 0–2 years of production experience in a cleanroom environment.
• Experience in cleanroom environment (preferred).
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings (preferred).
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and perform fabrication, assembly or testing in a cleanroom environment.
• Follow written procedures and process specifications to complete assignments.
• Maintain cleanroom protocols and cGMP compliance; ensure safety and quality.
• Assist in setup of workstations and follow site protocols.
