Job summary

Aurora, OH location: Avantor is seeking Cleanroom Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shift to operate in a controlled cleanroom environment. Responsibilities include fabrication, assembly, testing, and following process specifications for components and devices.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and 0–2 years in production/cleanroom settings, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus; safety and quality come first.

Qualifications

• High School completion or GED required.
• 0–2 years production/cleanroom experience preferred.
• Ability to follow strict safety and quality requirements.
• Experience reading engineering drawings preferred.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and follow Work Instructions per production needs.
• Weigh and fill chemicals or bulk products as directed by the Work Order.
• Maintain ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment and cGMP compliance.
• Package finished product for shipping with proper labeling and boxing.
• Document work accurately and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet quality and output goals.
