Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Technician for a direct hire position. You will support hands-on production in a regulated cleanroom environment, assembling and packaging products to specifications while following SOPs and quality checks.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work overtime. Pay ranges from $26 to $35 per hour with benefits upon permanent hire and multiple shift options (day and evening).

Qualifications

• Experience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Capable of completing production documentation and performing quality inspections.
• Support daily production targets while maintaining cleanliness, accuracy, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, and prepare products according to production specifications, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document production activities.
• Maintain compliance with cleanroom procedures, safety guidelines, and regulated manufacturing standards.
• Wear full cleanroom protective garments and follow contamination control practices.
• Keep workstations organized and ready for daily production.
