You will read schematics, perform in-process quality checks, and participate in training others while meeting production metrics. Qualified candidates have a high school electronics background, factory experience in electronics or fiber components, and the ability to work a 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

or 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. shift.

• Experience reading schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with in-process quality checks and test/measurement.

• Build electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies for lasers.
• Build optical and fiber assemblies.
• Read blueprints or schematics.
• Perform in-process quality checks and test/measurement.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and common spaces.
• Crosstrain in production area as needed.
• Meet production metrics defined by Supervisor.
