Aerotek is seeking Cleanroom Assemblers for a first/second shift in Dayton, OH. You will perform precise mechanical and electrical assembly of complex electromechanical products in a bench-style cleanroom, following prints and using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities include wiring, assembling parts, and verifying tolerances with precision instruments to meet tight specs. This role offers contract-to-hire opportunities and overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical assembly experience.
• Experience reading assembly drawings and prints.
• Proficient with hand and power tools including impact drivers and wrenches.
• Ability to read metric and standard tape measures.
• Experience in a cleanroom environment.
• Ability to verify tolerances down to .03 micron.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and prints via computer.

Responsabilités

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of full electromechanical builds at a bench station.
• Follow detailed prints and drawings accessed via computer to complete builds precisely.
• Work toward production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Use mechanical fasteners to assemble components.
• Lay in wires and make electrical connections according to specs.
• Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Read and verify dimensions with tape measures.
• Check tolerances with calipers and micrometers.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules; overtime as needed.
