Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Cleanroom Electrical Assembler for a 3-month contract-to-hire role in Fairfield, OH. Work the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities include interpreting wiring diagrams, assembling electrical components, soldering, and documenting work in logs while adhering to safety and GMP guidelines. Benefits available upon eligibility and ongoing opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or electronics manufacturing.
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
Proficiency with soldering, crimping, and hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Basic understanding of electrical principles.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Review daily work orders, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams before starting tasks.
Gather tools, materials, and components needed for the day’s builds.
Assemble electrical parts such as coils, sensors, harnesses, transformers, or control units.
Perform soldering, crimping, wire routing, and mechanical fastening.
Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with quality inspectors or engineers to resolve issues.
Document completed work in production logs or digital systems.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures.
Follow all environmental, health, safety, and quality guidelines to maintain a compliant and hazard-free work environment.
Maintain clean, organized work areas in alignment with housekeeping and GMP expectations.
