The role offers a 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with on-the-job training for soldering, crimping, and tinning, and a focus on accuracy and quality in every build.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work tickets.
• Solid understanding of basic mathematical calculations for production.
• Good hand-eye coordination for small electrical components and mechanical parts.
• Willingness to complete training for soldering, crimping, and tinning.
• Dependable attendance to align with 1st shift production schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure standard electrical, electronic, and mechanical components and subassemblies.
• Perform accurate wiring procedures across product lines per project requirements.
• Install electrical and mechanical apparatus onto housings or support plates.
• Interpret technical blueprints and specifications to ensure exact assembly standards.
• Apply basic mathematical calculations to verify dimensions, counts, and measurements.
