Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Sciences, or related field.
• 0–1 year of industry work experience in microelectronics, RF devices, or related areas.
• Willing to travel occasionally up to ~15% domestically/internationally if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform accelerated life testing on microelectronic devices to determine MTTF and reliability metrics.
• Characterize devices such as GaN HEMTs, CMOS, MOSFETs, and transistors with RF methods.
• Execute high-power RF measurements, including S-parameter analysis and noise measurements.
• Provide technical support to space programs and collaborate with internal/external teams.
