Qualifications

• Active or completed B.S. (M.S. preferred) in a relevant field with a microelectronics focus.
• Existing cleanroom certification and safety clearance.
• Hands-on experience with lithography, deposition, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute lithography, deposition, and etching on silicon wafers.
• Perform metrology and parametric testing on test structures.
• Document process variations and test data.
• Maintain custody of masks and designs during fabrication.
