Ultimate Staffing Services in Oakland, NJ is seeking a dependable Production/Manufacturing Associate to assemble products in a clean room setting, following established procedures and quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, ability to stand for long periods, and strong teamwork to meet daily production goals.

The position is permanent, full-time, with a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–3:15 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, production, manufacturing, or clean room experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small components and finished products according to work instructions and specifications.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow clean room procedures, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Record production data and complete required documentation accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or material shortages promptly.
