Job summary

Techneeds LLC is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our client’s team, manufacturing precision equipment used by leading electronics manufacturers. In a cleanroom, you will assemble electromechanical components such as sensors, motors, cables, and wiring, reading drawings and ensuring strict ESD protocols.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork; you will use hand tools, torque drivers, multimeters, and perform basic soldering and wiring tasks

Qualifications

• 6+ months of assembly experience in electronics or electromechanical environments
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings
• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of related manufacturing experience
• Experience working in a cleanroom with strict ESD handling protocols

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect electromechanical components, including cables, sensors, motors, and subassemblies
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, assembly instructions, and bills of materials
• Use hand tools, torque drivers, multimeters, and other manufacturing aids to ensure precise assembly

• Document work processes and report discrepancies or defects

Our client is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assemblers. This innovative company specializes in manufacturing equipment used by the world’s leading electronics manufacturers. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electromechanical components and systems—such as sensors, motors, cables, and wiring—used in cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment. This role involves reading and interpreting assembly drawings, using hand tools and test equipment, and following strict cleanliness and ESD protocols to ensure quality and safety. You’ll be working in a supportive, growth-oriented environment where attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience building electronic or electromechanical assemblies.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of related manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with strict ESD handling protocols.
• Strong computer skills – you will be given a tablet to enter and update all work instructions.
