Job summary

Techneeds LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a Cleanroom Assembler to join a precision manufacturing environment. You will assemble bonding fittings, connectors, and valves to tubing and plastic parts using solvents, adhesives, and ultrasonic welding, following strict cleanroom protocols.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year assembly experience, ability to read blueprints, and strong fine motor skills; cleanroom experience or medical device assembly is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year assembly experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and assembly procedures.
• Excellent fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination.
• Good verbal communication.
• Computer literacy for accessing drawings and procedures.
• Experience in medical device assembly or cleanroom preferred.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Ability to stand for entire shift in a cleanroom.

Responsibilities

• Assemble bonding fittings, connectors, and valves to tubing and plastic parts using solvents, adhesives, and ultrasonic welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints and assembly diagrams.
