Responsibilities

• Perform sanitation and cleaning duties of various areas (production areas, warehouse spaces, offices, restrooms, and exterior grounds).
• Follow the Master Sanitation Schedule, sanitation checklists, and HACCP requirements.
• Identify, monitor, and report product protection risks, sanitation deficiencies, pest activity, and facility and equipment conditions.
• Assist with daily operational tasks as needed (receiving, distributing packages, stocking supplies, shipping).
• Follow all safety procedures, food safety policies, and standard operating procedures.

We currently have opportunit ies for Cleaning Technicians across several areas of our Carrington, ND durum milling and pasta production facility, where we produce Dakota Growers pasta. These roles are responsible for sanitation, food safety, and operational support across the production floor, warehouse, and general facility areas.

Responsibilities:

• Perform sanitation and cleaning duties of various areas (may include production areas, warehouse spaces, common areas , offices, restrooms, locker rooms, and exterior grounds)
• Follow the Master Sanitation Schedule, sanitation checklists, and HACCP requirements
• Identify , monitor, and report product protection risks, sanitation deficiencies, pest activity, and facility and equipment conditions
• Assist with daily operational tasks as needed (such as receiving and distributing packages, stocking supplies, shipping, etc.)
• Follow all safety procedures, food safety policies, and standard operating procedures

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
• E xperience in manufacturing, food manufacturing, sanitation/cleaning, or warehouse operations
• Experience using basic computer programs and function s
• Experience operating material ‑ handling equipment (forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, scissor lift)
