Job summary

Richardson is seeking a Press Operator at our Carrington, ND durum milling and pasta production facility. You will operate the extrusion/press process, monitor mix ratios, and ensure equipment performance, with a focus on product quality from start to finish.

You will set up egg hoppers, record readings, fix issues quickly, and keep work areas clean and safe. Weekend and overtime availability are required; we offer training and career development opportunities in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion/press process and monitor equipment performance.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the extrusion/press process, ensuring correct mix levels, ratios, and equipment performance
• Check product quality during drying and quickly fix any issues
• Set up and manage egg hoppers, ensuring proper loading and operation
• Record machine readings and report any problems immediately
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and safe
• Perform die changes and use correct parts
• Report machine issues, track downtime, a n d submit maintenance requests as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
• Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime

Preferred Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience, with experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred

Shift: 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am Schedule: Rotating Days Starting Pay: $26/hr
