Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations at our Greensboro location. You will delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with policies when the Manager is not present.

You will oversee cleaning operations, handle equipment and chemicals, train new hires, and maintain open communication between field staff and management, contributing to clean, safe, and efficient facilities.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED not required.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow schedules and route cards; report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee cleaning operations and safety in the building.
• Train new hires and manage time records.
• Check supplies, equipment and chemicals weekly.
