Job summary

IICRC in Youngstown, OH seeks a General Cleaning Supervisor to oversee commercial cleaning tasks and staff coverage. You will inspect accounts, organize daily checklists, and coordinate with the manager to address issues and schedule coverage as needed.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, cleaning background, and a valid driver’s license to meet site needs and drive between accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cleaning commercial buildings preferred.
• 2+ years of supervising experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Bringing supplies to work at account.
• Inspecting the assigned accounts.
• Creating checklists for employees to follow and to review and sign each day/scheduled shift.
• Must follow up with manager before starting the day to address any known issues.
• Cover any call offs by adjusting schedule with other employees or covering shift directly if needed.
