Job summary

VGS, Inc. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee cleaning staff at Youngstown. The full-time evening shift runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 pm–1:00 am and may require weekends for events.

You will assign tasks, inspect work, and ensure supplies and equipment are maintained. Payroll duties may be required and safety procedures must be followed. • Previous supervisor experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and strong communication skills are necessary to be successful.

Responsibilities

• Follow the daily job routine in the order it is outlined.

• Maintain all equipment, supplies, or supply rooms in and orderly fashion.
• Resolves workers' problems or refers matters to Area Manager.
• Submit requests for repair of equipment to Area Manager.
• Assist in performing duties of workers supervised.
• Ensure a level of cleanliness which meets the quality expectations of the customer.
• Performs and completes payroll as required.
