OneService Commercial Building Maintenance, Inc., a division of the OneService Companies, operates mobile cleaning supervision across NYC. This role involves supervising on-site cleaning teams, inspecting facilities, coordinating supply deliveries, and ensuring high standards of service at multiple client locations.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 3pm-11pm or 4pm-12am; pay is $25 per hour on the books. Valid NYS driver license is required to operate a company vehicle and visit sites.

Qualifications

• Must have valid NYS driver license.
• Operate a company vehicle for site visits.
• Experience with inspections and deliveries is preferred.

Job Skills / Requirements

This is a mobile cleaning supervisor position that requires candidates to operate a company vehicle, visiting sites throughout NYC. Candidates must have a valid NYS driver license.

Pay: $25.00 per hour (on the books)

Floor work experience is not required but is preferable (strip / wax, buffing, carpet cleaning etc.).
