Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee floor work, post-construction cleaning, and related commercial services. The role requires supervising multiple staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely, quality results across shifts.

You will reinforce safety policies, prepare supplies, and manage equipment and vehicles while maintaining high standards of professionalism with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Maintain a positive professional image with customers and fellow workers.
• Coordinate scheduling to be on time with supporting staff to job assignments.
• Ensure that all staff performing the assigned job are clocked in and out of the Jobs.
• Lead and perform assigned Jobs within budgets with no complaints and reservice needs.
• Re-enforce Safety policies always.
• Prepare and stage all supplies and equipment to perform the jobs.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of assigned vehicles.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, perform minor repairs and report equipment to be repaired.
• Assist Special Projects Manager in performing monthly and Quarterly inventory.
• Quality Assurance – perform assigned inspections of Jobs/Work Tickets.
• Assist the Special Project Manager in training of staff.

Responsibilities
