OneService Commercial Building Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a reliable Cleaning Supervisor to uphold high cleanliness standards across client properties. This role suits a proactive leader in a fast-paced setting, ensuring a safe, professional workspace for clients.

Responsibilities include inspections, coverage of openings, logistics for deliveries, and operation of floor care equipment. Valid NYS driver's license required; Monday–Friday schedule and generous compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in the cleaning or janitorial industry is required.
• Experience operating professional floor care equipment (side-by-side, high-speed buffing, carpet cleaning).
• Must possess NYS driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to manage time, resolve issues and communicate clearly with staff and clients.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Cover cleaning openings due to call-outs or vacancies to maintain service.
• Manage product deliveries to various job sites.
• Operate and maintain cleaning machinery including side-by-side machines, high-speed buffers, and carpet cleaners.
• Safely drive a company vehicle between sites to perform duties.

• Operations & Coverage: Cover cleaning position openings due to call‑outs or unexpected vacancies to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Logistics: Manage product deliveries to various job sites.
• Equipment Operation: Expertly operate and maintain cleaning machinery, including side‑by‑side machines, high‑speed buffing machines, and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Transportation: Safely operate a company vehicle to travel between site locations to perform duties.

Requirements:

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Flexible Shift Options: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation:

• $25.00 per hour
