The Budd Group is seeking a dedicated Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Goose Creek facility. You will supervise cleaning teams, ensure adherence to PPE requirements, and maintain high standards in both manufacturing and office spaces.

Ideal candidates bring prior supervisory experience in facilities or production settings and a proven ability to motivate crews while upholding safety. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for career growth and training.

• Serve as the primary Janitorial Lead, conducting daily quality checks and ensuring proper PPE use.

Pay: $16.00 / hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM -6:30 PM

Location: Old Mt. Holly Road area, Goose Creek, SC 29445 (On-site Manufacturing Facility)

Requirements: Previous supervisor or management experience required. Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and long sleeves in manufacturing zones).
