Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking a School Custodian (Commercial Cleaner) to keep educational facilities safe, healthy, and welcoming for students and staff. You will perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal, while maintaining restrooms and common areas to high standards.

This on-site role offers a full-time schedule, with daytime hours Monday through Friday and a focus on reliable, physical work.

• Prior cleaning, custodian, or janitorial experience is a plus, but training is provided

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties in educational facilities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Sanitize restrooms, classrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Restock paper products, hand sanitizer, and soap dispensers throughout the school.
• Operate standard janitorial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean facility and report maintenance needs to supervisor.

$16.00 / hour

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Parent shift!)

• Sanitize restrooms, classrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Restock paper products, hand sanitizer, and soap dispensers throughout the school.
• Operate standard janitorial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a secure, clean facility and report any maintenance needs to your supervisor.

What You Bring To The Team

A dependable attitude and strong attention to detail.

Ability to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout your shift.

Prior cleaning, custodian, or janitorial experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated individuals!
