Job summary

The Budd Group in Greensboro, NC is hiring a Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead daily cleaning operations at our client facility. This on-site role coordinates staff, assigns tasks, and ensures safety and cleanliness during a Monday–Friday shift 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

You will train new team members, inspect work, manage inventory and equipment, and step in to clean when needed. Requirements include at least 1 year of supervisory experience and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in janitorial or commercial facility operations.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervising general cleaners, assigning daily work zones, schedules, and project tasks.
• Training new team members on cleaning procedures, chemical safety, equipment use, and PPE.
• Inspecting completed work regularly, maintaining check-logs, and enforcing safety compliance.
• Serving as a hands-on Cleaning Team Lead by managing inventory, coordinating floor care projects, and stepping in to clean when needed.
