The Budd Group in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning crew. You will act as the on-site Cleaning Supervisor, guiding staff, inspecting areas, and ensuring facility standards are met every night.

This role requires prior leadership experience, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and a hands-on approach to security and closing tasks. Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–8:00 PM, on-site position with growth opportunities.

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds; bending, stooping and crouching.

Responsibilities

• Lead evening cleaning crew and act as on-site Cleaning Supervisor.
• Support your team and manage supplies.
• Inspect rooms and areas to ensure standards are met.
• Secure interior and exterior doors at shift end and ensure the building is armed.

Schedule: Monday through Friday | 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (No weekends!)

Location: Hamlin Road, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 (On-site client location)

What You'll Do:

As our Janitorial Site Supervisor, you will lead our evening cleaning crew to success! In this role, you will act as the go-to Cleaning Supervisor on site, making sure our high standards are met every night. You will support your team, manage supplies, and serve as a hands-on Janitorial Lead to keep our client's facility looking its absolute best! Will be required to inspect rooms and areas, secure interior and exterior doors, and make sure the building is armed at the end of the shift.
