Job summary

The Budd Group in Beaufort, SC is seeking a Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead the evening cleaning crew at our Mossy Oaks Road location. This role blends hands-on supervision with quality control to ensure a spotless client site.

You'll train new team members, manage supplies and equipment, and serve as the main contact with site management to maintain strong client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisor experience in janitorial, cleaning, or facility maintenance.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.

Hours and Days: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do

As a Janitorial Site Supervisor (also working as our Cleaning Lead and Custodian Supervisor), you will guide our team to keep our Beaufort client site spotless. Your core responsibilities include:

• Directing day-to-day operations for the evening cleaning staff, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
• Performing quality control inspections and providing hands-on training to new team members.
• Managing equipment, cleaning supplies, and inventory on-site.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for site management to maintain strong client relationships.

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
