Clean Team, Inc. is seeking a dependable Cleaning Site Lead to oversee daily cleaning operations at a commercial facility in Twinsburg, Ohio. This hands-on role involves guiding the team, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a professional environment.

The position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (11:00 AM–8:00 PM) and opportunities to develop leadership skills within an established team. Prior cleaning or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily commercial cleaning duties as assigned.
• Coordinate cleaning activities and daily work assignments.
• Provide guidance, direction, and hands-on support to cleaning team members.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and other surfaces.
• Empty trash containers and replace liners.
• Monitor cleaning quality and ensure areas meet standards.
• Help train new employees on procedures and expectations.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or issues.
• Maintain a professional and respectful working environment.
• Communicate staffing concerns and service needs to management.
• Follow all safety procedures and customer requirements.

Clean Team, Inc. is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Cleaning Site Lead to help oversee daily cleaning operations at a commercial facility in Twinsburg, Ohio.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment, and is comfortable providing guidance and support to fellow team members.

As a Cleaning Site Lead, you will work alongside the cleaning team while helping ensure that daily tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to Clean Team's quality standards.

We are looking for someone who leads by example, communicates effectively, and is committed to delivering excellent service.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Full-time position

Key Responsibilities
