Qualifications

• Leadership or team coordination experience is helpful.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and management.
• Willingness to assist with cleaning duties while supporting the team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily cleaning assignments and priorities.
• Providing direction and assistance to cleaning team members.
• Cleaning offices, restrooms, hallways, breakrooms, and designated common areas.
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs.
• Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining hard-surface floors.
• Dusting furniture, fixtures, and frequently touched surfaces.
• Emptying trash containers and replacing liners.
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms.
• Restocking paper products, soap, and other restroom supplies.
• Monitoring cleaning quality and addressing areas requiring additional attention.
• Reporting maintenance concerns, equipment issues, and supply shortages.
• Assisting with training new employees on cleaning procedures.
• Following all company safety standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Communicating staffing or service concerns to management.
• Helping ensure designated work areas are properly maintained throughout the shift.
