Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Cleaning Services Attendant for U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. You will perform routine and event-related cleaning across concourses, restrooms, offices, and premium areas to ensure a clean, safe environment for guests and staff.

The role supports overnight cleaning during events and requires adherence to PPE and safety guidelines. We emphasize reliability, punctuality, and teamwork in a fast-paced venue setting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in large public assembly facility, commercial, or institutional cleaning preferred.
  • Experience operating custodial equipment and working with cleaning chemicals preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate cleaning equipment to maintain facility cleanliness (floors, restrooms, seating, concourses).
  • Support event readiness and post-event turnover, including overnight cleaning when necessary.
  • Respond to spills and sanitation needs following safety protocols and PPE requirements.
  • Maintain and restock restrooms and high-touch surfaces; remove trash and recycle properly.

Join us!Position SummaryWorking as part of a team, this position supports the cleanliness, sanitation, and operational readiness of U.S. Bank Stadium year-round. Responsibilities include routine facility cleaning, event turnover preparation, and maintaining a safe environment for guests, staff, and tenants during sporting events, concerts, and other large-scale public gatherings.Venue InfoU.S. Bank Stadium, owned by the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority, is a multi-purpose stadium located in the heart of Minneapolis, Minnesota. With over 66,000 seats, this state-of-the-art facility hosts a dynamic range of events, including the Minnesota Vikings, concerts, family shows, college and high school sporting events, conventions, trade and consumer shows, community events, corporate meetings, receptions, private celebrations, and guided tours. Since opening in July 2016, U.S. Bank Stadium has hosted 2,000 events with over 10.3 million guests.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate cleaning equipment necessary to maintain facility cleanliness, including but not limited to floor scrubbers (riding and walk-behind), vacuums, extractors, pressure washers, and other custodial equipment.Perform routine and event-related cleaning in concourses, seating areas, restrooms, offices, locker rooms, premium areas, and back-of-house spaces.Clean, sanitize, monitor, and restock restrooms and high-touch areas.Sweep, mop, scrub, shampoo, and extract flooring surfaces as required.Clean and maintain hard and soft surfaces in accordance with manufacturer and safety guidelines.Remove trash, recycling, and compost materials and properly sort waste streams.Respond to spills, biohazards, and sanitation needs during and after events following safety protocols and PPE requirements.Support event readiness and post-event turnover, including overnight cleaning operations when necessary.Clean and polish fixtures and building features.Periodically assist in leading part-time staff during events or special projects.Follow all OSHA, safety, PPE, and bloodborne pathogen procedures.Other duties as assigned in support of stadium operations.Qualifications & SkillsAbility to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments.Ability to maintain professional interactions with staff, vendors, and guests.Ability to work indoors in varying weather conditions.Minimum Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED.Experience in large public assembly facility, commercial, or institutional cleaning preferred.Experience operating custodial equipment and working with cleaning chemicals preferred.Other QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older.Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards.Demonstrate reliability and attendance consistent with operational needs.Physical DemandsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Employees are regularly required to:Stand and walk for extended periodsClimb stairs and rampsBend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reachLift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance or mechanical supportWork around large crowds and in active event environmentsWork outdoors in winter weather conditionsNoteThe essential responsibilities of this position are described under the headings above.
