POSITION: Environmental Services Staff
DEPARTMENT: Housekeeping
REPORTS TO: Rodney Anderson
FLSA STATUS: Hourly – Part time (5–20 hours weekly)
COMPENSATION: $15.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas, including restrooms, offices, public spaces, event areas, and back‑of‑house facilities.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Set up and break down facilities for events, including arranging furniture, equipment, and other event‑related materials as needed.
• Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Legends Global policies and applicable laws.
• Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience in custodial, housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services (preferred but not required).
• Experience working in large public venues, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial facilities is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safe chemical handling practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
