Work is performed in an industrial railcar repair environment involves regular exposure to challenging physically demanding and environmental conditions. Duties may be performed outdoors in varying weather conditions Exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, heat, and noise is common Job requires moderate to heavy physical exertion, including lifting, climbing, working at heights, and working in confined spaces Must be able to enter tank cars through 20‑inch manway openings Manual dexterity and physical coordination required for tool and equipment operation Potential exposure to hazardous materials due to leaks or spills Must comply with all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety protocols On‑site work arrangement: 5 days a week, with overtime as required.
