Hawaiian Building Maintenance is seeking a Mobile Workforce Tech 1 to join the Oahu cleaning team. You will perform routine cleaning tasks, service multiple sites, and travel with a mobile crew while learning HBM procedures and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities include restroom cleaning, disinfection, and following daily checklists, with a schedule that may vary across shifts. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork.

• Routine Cleaning Services: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal.
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas; maintain high-touch disinfection standards.
• Follow task checklists and HBM cleaning procedures.
• Team Operations: work as part of a mobile team servicing multiple locations; assist with routine cleaning tasks and equipment setup; maintain productivity and quality throughout the day.
• Reporting & Documentation: report supply shortages, access issues, or safety concerns to the team lead; follow instructions from the Technician Lead and Dispatch Manager.
• Professional Conduct: represent HBM professionally at customer sites; maintain a clean appearance and respectful demeanor; follow all safety policies.

The Mobile Workforce Tech 1 is responsible for performing standard janitorial and facility service tasks at assigned customer locations as part ofHBM’s mobile workforce team. Technicians will travel with their assigned team to multiple worksites and complete scheduled cleaning tasks according to HBM service standards.

This role focuses on learning HBM cleaning procedures, maintaining consistent quality, and supporting the team in completing daily service routes.

The Mobile Workforce employees perform routine cleaning duties and are not responsible for operating specialized equipment or handling advanced cleaning chemicals until additional training is completed.

-Employment Job Type: Full-time

-Location: Oahu, HI

-Schedule: Varies:6:00AM to 2:30PM, 12:00PM to 8:30PM and 4:00PM to 12:30PM; must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

-Hourly Pay Rate:$19.00
