Hawaiian Building Maintenance seeks a Mobile Workforce Tech 1 to perform routine janitorial tasks as part of a mobile team. You will travel to multiple worksites and complete cleaning tasks according to HB.M. service standards.

• Maintain high-touch disinfection standards.
• Follow HB.M. cleaning procedures and task checklists.
• Work with a mobile team servicing multiple locations.
• Assist with routine cleaning tasks and equipment setup.
• Maintain productivity and quality throughout the day.
• Report supply shortages, access issues, or safety concerns to the team lead.
• Follow directions from the Technician Lead and Dispatch Manager.
• Represent HB.M professionally at customer sites and maintain a clean appearance.

Descripción del empleo

The Mobile Workforce Tech 1 is responsible for performing standard janitorial and facility service tasks at assigned customer locations as part of H.B.M’s mobile workforce team. Technicians will travel with their assigned team to multiple worksites and complete scheduled cleaning tasks according to H.B.M. service standards.

This role focuses on learning H.B.M. cleaning procedures, maintaining consistent quality, and supporting the team in completing daily service routes.

The Mobile Workforce employees perform routine cleaning duties and are not responsible for operating specialized equipment or handling advanced cleaning chemicals until additional training is completed.

Schedule

Varies:6:00AM to 2:30PM, 12:00PM to 8:30PM and 4:00PM to 12:30PM; must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Hourly Pay Rate

$19.00

Routine Cleaning Services
