Hawaiian Building Maintenance is seeking a Mobile Workforce Tech 1 to perform routine cleaning across multiple sites as part of a mobile team on Oahu. You will learn HBM cleaning procedures, maintain quality, and support daily routes, with varied shifts.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and reporting issues. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies while representing the company professionally at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal.
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas; maintain high-touch disinfection standards.
• Work with a mobile team servicing multiple locations; assist with routine cleaning and equipment setup.
• Report supply shortages, access issues, or safety concerns to the team lead; follow Dispatch Manager directions.
• Represent HBM professionally at customer sites; maintain a clean appearance and follow safety policies.
