Job summary

Hawaiian Building Maintenance is seeking a Mobile Workforce Tech 1 to perform standard janitorial and facility service tasks at assigned customer locations as part of the mobile workforce team on Oahu, Hawaii. Technicians will travel with their team to multiple worksites and complete cleaning tasks according to H.B.M.

service standards. This role focuses on learning cleaning procedures, maintaining consistent quality, and supporting the team in completing daily service routes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
• Strong attention to detail.
• Driver’s license not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Maintain high-touch disinfection standards.
• Follow task checklists and H.B.M. cleaning procedures.
• Work as part of a mobile team servicing multiple locations.
• Assist with routine cleaning tasks and equipment setup.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the workday.
• Report supply shortages, access issues, or safety concerns to the team lead.
• Follow instructions from the Technician Lead and Dispatch Manager.
• Represent H.B.M. professionally at customer sites.
• Maintain a clean appearance and respectful demeanor.
• Follow all company safety policies.

Job description

The Mobile Workforce Tech 1 is responsible for performing standard janitorial and facility service tasks at assigned customer locations as part of H.B.M’s mobile workforce team. Technicians will travel with their assigned team to multiple worksites and complete scheduled cleaning tasks according to H.B.M. service standards.

This role focuses on learning H.B.M. cleaning procedures, maintaining consistent quality, and supporting the team in completing daily service routes.

The Mobile Workforce employees perform routine cleaning duties and are not responsible for operating specialized equipment or handling advanced cleaning chemicals until additional training is completed.

• Location: Oahu, Hawaii
• Schedule: Varies: 6:00AM to 2:30PM, 12:00PM to 8:30PM and 4:00PM to 12:30PM; must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00

Routine Cleaning Services
