Job summary

Hawaiian Building Maintenance is seeking a Mobile Workforce Technician 1 to perform routine janitorial and facility service tasks at assigned Maui locations as part of a mobile team. You will travel with the team to multiple worksites and complete cleaning tasks according to service standards.

This role focuses on learning cleaning procedures, maintaining consistent quality, and supporting daily service routes; you will perform routine cleaning and are not responsible for operating specialized

Qualifications

• Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Driver’s license not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Maintain high-touch disinfection standards.
• Follow task checklists and cleaning procedures.
• Work as part of a mobile team servicing multiple locations.
• Assist with routine cleaning tasks and equipment setup.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the workday.
• Report supply shortages, access issues, or safety concerns to the team lead.

Job description

The Mobile Workforce Technician 1 is responsible for performing standard janitorial and facility service tasks at assigned customer locations as part of H.B.M’s mobile workforce team. Technicians will travel with their assigned team to multiple worksites and complete scheduled cleaning tasks according to H.B.M. service standards.

This role focuses on learning H.B.M. cleaning procedures, maintaining consistent quality, and supporting the team in completing daily service routes.

The Mobile Workforce employees perform routine cleaning duties and are not responsible for operating specialized equipment or handling advanced cleaning chemicals until additional training is completed.

Key Responsibilities

Routine Cleaning Services
