Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma not required.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Certifications or trainings required by site type.
• Follow schedules and report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team.
• Maintain open communication between field staff and management.
• Assist with daily and weekly schedules.
• Oversee cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards.
• Report damaged or out-of-service items.
• Handle additional service requests in building.
• Ensure work quality and confirm completion with Area Manager.
• Train new hires per onboarding procedures.
• Process and verify time records.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
