Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance.

The Shift Leader demonstrates standards to keep buildings and facilities clean and safe for workers and customers, and handles equipment, chemicals, and general janitorial duties as needed. Pay is $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Reliable and experienced lead to oversee facility operations.
• Ability to coordinate daily tasks and provide guidance.
• Experience supervising staff and ensuring safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations by delegating assignments and providing guidance.
• Provide supervision at the location when the Manager is not present.
• Demonstrate standards to keep buildings clean and safe for workers and customers.
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals.
• Support general janitorial duties as needed.
