Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required
• 1 year of similar work experience preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards; report barriers
• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Maintain open communication between field staff and management
• Assist with daily and weekly work schedules
• Oversee cleaning operations in the assigned building
• Manage keys and access cards for the property
• Report damaged or out-of-work items
• Handle additional service requests in the building
• Oversee quality of completed work with Area Manager
• Provide training for new hires according to onboarding procedures
• Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees
• Check supplies, equipment and chemicals weekly
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
