Job Summary: Assist in retaining customers by delivering timely and effective restoration services, fulfilling the company's obligations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math skills to determine appropriate equipment

Proficiency in basic computer use, email, and reporting tools.

Preferred: 1 year of floor cleaning or specialty cleaning experience (e.g., stripping & waxing, air duct cleaning, upholstery, etc.).

Desired Certifications: Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), such as Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Structural Drying (ASD), Mold Remediation (MRS), Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT).

Responsibilities:

• Perform carpet, floor cleaning, and restoration services effectively.
• Complete documentation and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in good condition.
• Inspect work, complete logs, and work orders.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and inventory.
• Learn and operate new equipment and technology.
• Uphold company standards and accountability.
