Job summary

Lynden Door Inc. is seeking a Plant Aesthetics Team Member - Limpieza to keep our spaces clean, organized, and welcoming for staff and visitors. You will help create a safe, comfortable environment and support with special events.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with opportunities for benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance and a 401K after eligibility periods.

Qualifications

• Proficient in standard cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, etc.).
• Able to perform cleaning duties specific to Lynden Door, Inc.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, and sanitize all office spaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, lunchrooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycle containers
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
• Clean equipment at conclusion of use and maintain equipment
• Report the need for repair or maintenance of buildings
• Model professional decorum and mutual respect in all interactions
• Replenish all supply closets
• Help restock all cleaning supplies
• Support with running special events

HOURS

Monday-Friday 2:30PM- 11:00PM

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, and sanitize all office spaces
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including restrooms, break rooms, lunchrooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycle containers
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
• Clean equipment at conclusion of use and maintain equipment in good working order
• Report the need for repair or maintenance of buildings
• Model professional decorum and mutual respect in all personal interactions
• Replenish all supply closets
• Help restock all cleaning supplies
• Support with running special events

Core Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in the use of standard cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, etc.)
• Ability to preform cleaning duties specific to the needs of Lynden Door, Inc.
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to climb, pull, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, and crouch
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Compensation & Benefits

• Wage: $22.75 per hour (Base pay $21.00 Plus a shift premium of $1.75)
• Hours worked over 40 hours in a week are paid time and a half
• Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) with employer contributions
• 401K (Available after 90 days) including profit-share after 1 calendar year of employment
• 8 Paid Holidays (eligible after 90 days)
• Paid Time Off (Accrues at 2.0 weeks per year to start, eligible to use after 90 days)
