B&T Building Services in Longwood, FL is hiring full-time cleaners. You will perform custodial tasks, clean restrooms, replenish supplies, and maintain common areas with attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Perform custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
Dust and wipe down surfaces including desks, tables, and windowsills.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Funciones

Realizar tareas de limpieza como barrer, trapear y aspirar pisos
Limpiar y desinfectar baños y reponer suministros
Vaciar los basureros y desechar la basura correctamente
Limpiar el polvo y superficies, incluyendo escritorios, mesas y repisas
Mantener limpias las áreas comunes, como vestíbulos, pasillos y salas de descanso
Seguir los procedimientos de limpieza establecidos y las normas de seguridad

Requisitos

Experiencia previa en limpieza comercial o industrial preferida
Conocimiento de técnicas de limpieza y uso de equipos
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente con supervisión mínima
Atención al detalle y minuciosidad al completar tareas
Buen manejo del tiempo
