Job summary

Oasis Academy Immingham is seeking a Cleaner to join our school team. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe environment for learners and staff, while supporting day-to-day site security and operations.

The role involves cleaners duties during term-time with 10 hours per week plus three additional weeks, contributing to a well-run, welcoming school environment. Experience in general cleaning is required, with good time-management and an awareness of safeguarding guidance around

• Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties.
• Ability to manage time effectively to carry out day-to-day operations.
• Awareness of the relevant legislation and guidance in relation to working around children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and security of classrooms and the site.
• Manage supplies of cleaning materials and assist with day-to-day maintenance.
