Job summary

Servicon is seeking a dedicated janitorial technician in Warner Robins, GA to keep offices and public areas clean and safe. You will perform cleaning, sanitizing, and waste management following established standards, with daily duties across offices, lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.

We value interpersonal and leadership skills, reliable time management, and a high school diploma. Previous custodial cleaning experience is preferred; training is provided to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 1+ years custodial cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Empty and damp-wipe waste receptacles and remove waste to designated areas.
• Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas and mop hard floors.
• Dust and wipe office furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Remove fingerprints and marks from doors and light switches.
• Keep janitor’s closet clean and orderly; perform other duties as assigned.

The Role

Directly responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining all assigned areas using established practices and procedures according to company and client standards of quality and safety. May require frequent interaction with client.

What You Will Do

• Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles as well as remove waste paper and rubbish from the premises to designated areas.
• Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floor surfaces, and damp-mop or clean spills as needed in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas.
• Hand dust and wipe clean all office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and all other horizontal surfaces.
• Remove all finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.
• Keep janitor’s closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition.
• Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.
