Job summary

Aerotek in Holly, MI is seeking a Clean Room Assembly Tech to join a clean, air-conditioned facility for electronics manufacturing in the medical device sector. The role involves standing at a pneumatic line, handling circuit boards, and performing assembly tasks across Operators A/B/C shifts.

The position offers a contract-to-hire path with weekend availability and benefits such as medical/dental/vision and a 401(k). First shift is 7 a.m.–3 p.m., with subsequent shifts and onsite work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of production/manufacturing experience.
• Experience as CNC, SMT or PCBA operator or similar electronics roles.
• Ability to read job sheets.
• Ability to handle small parts with good hand dexterity.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Stand 100% of the time at a pneumatic assembly line.
• Handle circuit boards and hardware moved by the pneumatic shuttle.
• Read job sheets to identify parts to place.
• Place small parts onto circuit boards by hand.
• Operate SMT machines or testing equipment on boards.
• Perform soldering work as needed.
