Job summary

Autonomy Staffing in Greer, SC is seeking detail-oriented Production Operators for electronic assembly in a clean room environment. You will assemble electronic components according to precise instructions and maintain high-quality standards.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with weekends off. This temporary contract pays $18 per hour and requires good hand-eye coordination and the ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Experience working with small parts or in assembly environments is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and products according to detailed step-by-step instructions.
• Work comfortably at a clean desk environment, handling small parts with precision.
• Read and interpret assembly diagrams, instructions, and technical documentation.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues encountered.
