Nesco Resource is hiring a Clean Room Attendant for a contract opportunity on 1st shift (6:40 AM–3:00 PM). Training is provided to operate cleanroom equipment in a controlled environment with gowning and cleanliness protocols.

The role requires reading and writing in English, strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to document daily activities accurately. Heightened focus on inspection using magnification and light assembly tasks will be part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Reads and writes neatly in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable and has a good work ethic.
• Ability to complete daily documentation accurately and legibly.
• Prior manufacturing or cleanroom experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleanroom equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
• Follow daily instructions from work orders and verbal guidance from Leads/Supervisors.
• Tasks may vary daily and can include sitting, standing, or a combination of both.
• Load materials into machine hoppers for production.
• Remove finished parts from machines as they are produced.
• Use measuring equipment to test the accuracy of finished products.
• Inspect for visible defects in manufactured products with naked eye or magnifying glass.
• Light Assembly.
• Manually wipe/clean small parts before packaging.
• Package finished products.

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Cleanroom Production Workers to join our team! In this role, you will work in a controlled cleanroom environment, adhering to strict gowning and cleanliness protocols. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to read and write neatly in English, and capable of inspecting products using a magnifying glass.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cleanroom equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
• Follow daily instructions from work orders and verbal guidance from Leads/Supervisors.
• Tasks may vary daily and can include sitting, standing, or a combination of both throughout the day.
• Load materials into machine hoppers for production.
• Remove finished parts from machines as they are produced.
• Use measuring equipment to test the accuracy of finished products.
• Inspect for visible defects in manufactured products (using naked eye or magnifying glass).

Physical Requirements:

• While none of our products are heavy, employees may handle packaged items up to 25 lbs.
• Assistance is always available for tasks that are too heavy or cumbersome for one person.

Cleanroom Protocols:

• Personal items (phones, keys, wallets, etc.) must be left outside the cleanroom; lockers are provided.
• No dangling jewelry (bracelets, earrings) allowed.
• No eating, chewing gum, or wearing perfume/cologne.
• No exposed skin (except face); long-sleeved lab coats, gloves, and hair/beard nets provided.
• Employees must wear full-length pants or leggings/nylons if wearing capris. No shorts allowed.
• Shoe covers (‘booties’) must be worn at all times.
• Must adhere to good personal hygiene standards.
